SDI-SR-PYR Solar Radiation Sensor

The Solar Radiation sensor monitors any one of three forms of solar radiation by converting light through the photodiode to an electrical signal which is interpreted by the internal microprocessor.

Solar Radiation Sensor

SDI-SR-PYR Pyronometer
A pyronometer is an instrument for measuring total light available; it measures global sun plus sky radiation.
 Output: W m-2

SDI-SR-PAR Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR)
This sensor measures solar radiation within plant canopies, greenhouses, controlled environment chambers, confined laboratory conditions, or at remote environmental monitoring sites.
 Output: µmol s-1 m-2

SDI-SR-PHO Photometric Sensor (PHO)
The photometric sensor measures radiation as the eye sees it
 Output: klux
