The Quick Deploy station is fully operational in 10 minutes. Our
omni-directional GOES satellite antenna eliminates the requirement for antenna alignment.
Communication options include GOES/GPS, voice radio transmitter and two-way
satellite transceivers.
Portable.
System is easily transported and set up by one person, entire station packs into two bags.
Size approx. 12"x21"x34" and
17"x21"x40". Weight approx. 50-65 pounds per bag
depending on options.
Advantages of FTS Systems
The FTS Quick Deploy Station is the preferred solution for onsite monitoring of
prescribed burn programs, and is used by the US Forest Service, US National Park Service, US Fish and Wildlife, State agencies and Canadian government agencies.
The system typically includes wind speed & direction sensor, temperature
& humidity sensor, and tipping bucket rain gauge. Options include fuel
stick sensor, solar radiation sensor or barometric pressure sensor. A
variety of other SDI sensors are also available.
