In this site, you will find text, photos, graphics, etc. describing FTS products and services, and various downloadable brochures and papers. FTS retains copyright on all of the text, photos, graphics, and downloadable materials on this site.

Please contact us for consent, if you wish to download and/or reproduce any of the materials on this site for any purpose other than your personal research of FTS and their products.

FTS tends to ‘name’ many of their products – Autocaller, StreamTrac, ‘Field Exchange Service’ agreement, etc.  FTS retains the copyright on all their product names.

FTS welcomes and greatly appreciates input from their clients – indeed, many FTS products are the result of client suggestions.  Any customer suggestions, input, advice, etc. become the property of FTS.  FTS assumes that customer ideas, suggestions, etc. are offered freely, without reservation, and that no compensation is or was expected.

Software

All software sold or distributed by FTS is copyright.  The ’spirit’ of the typical software license is one copy per person per PC.  If the package owner also has a laptop, it is permissible to load a copy of the software to the same owner’s laptop PC as well, for working in the field or at home.

Please contact us for consent, to copy or distribute any FTS software.

The FTS R&D group, and specifically our software development team are extremely diligent in ensuring that our software packages are defect free.  However, it is the nature of software that there may be ‘bugs’ – and so FTS cannot guarantee that software products are perfect for all applications and PC’s.  If you find a bug in an FTS software program, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

The same is true of viruses.  The FTS software group go to extraordinary lengths to ensure that FTS software products are virus free.  But it is possible that an FTS product could be infected (although it hasn’t happened yet!).  FTS cannot guarantee that their software packages will be perfectly virus free.

Product Quality

FTS is proud to be an ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001 certified company.

International ISO is a network of the national standards institutes of 159 countries, one member per country, with a Central Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland, that coordinates the system.  So it is truly an international quality assurance system.

The FTS Production Group is committed to manufacturing extremely high quality products.

Privacy

In the course of their marketing activities, FTS has (and will continue to) collect client (and prospective client) information.

FTS gives assurance that this information will not be used for anything other than contacting these clients and prospective clients, to pass along information pertaining to FTS services and products.  FTS will never sell or give this information to any other company or organization, for any purpose whatsoever.

Opting Out

If you receive a note (or newsletter, bulletin, etc) from FTS, and wish to be removed from our client (or prospective client) database, please call or e-mail.  Your information will be immediately removed.
