The RVT is a radio voice transmitter that provides a voice report of weather conditions from an attached weather station in response to an inquiry from a DTMF capable voice radio.  The RVT can also be programmed to broadcast Voice Alerts based on user defined alarm conditions.

The RVT is designed for permanent outdoor installations at remote sites.  Multiple information reports, each requiring their own DTMF code, can be programmed by the user. The RVT can be supplied with a built-in radio featuring carrier detect to eliminate transmission collisions with other users of the voice radio channel. The RVT is also compatible with most hand held radios which can be housed inside the RVT, or can be connected to a larger, externally mounted radio.
