The PB-11 Battery Pack holds 8 non-rechargeable alkaline D cells to provide back-up power for FTS weather stations or as the main power supply for weather stations without telemetry or high power demand sensors.

The Battery Pack is available in two physical formats depending on mounting arrangements at the site.  The Battery Pack holds 8 non-rechargeable alkaline D cells which must be periodically replaced, typically every 4 to 6 months depending on the weather station configuration and operational use.  Not intended for use with weather stations equipped with telemetry or high power demand sensors.
