Service Contracts:
All contracts include a one year warranty extension on serviced equipment.

NWCG NFDRS Weather Station Standards:
Weather Station service contracts provided in the United States to the wildland fire community are specifically designed to maintain RAWS fire weather stations in conformity with NWCG NFDRS requirements.  Contracts include posting station information in required databases.

AOM - Annual Onsite Maintenance:
This is the most complete maintenance contract offered, directed at customers who own a network of monitoring stations.  FTS takes responsibility for complete station maintenance and management via an annual onsite station visit.  FTS also stocks emergency spares to support customer first-response in the event of equipment failures. The contract includes sensor swap out, station inspection, digital photos, detailed service reports and recommendations. AOM contracts can be customized to meet the specific needs of individual customers and may be available for single stations if the station is located in an existing AOM service area.

FES – Factory Exchange Service:
This maintenance contract is directed at customers who have no available/allowable downtime on their stations and plan to do their own sensor swap out maintenance. FTS manages and provides a set of refurbished sensors at predetermined dates, allowing the customer to undertake a sensor swap-out program at their convenience and schedule.

RTF – Factory Return Service:
This contract is suited to customers who can take their monitoring stations out of operational use for a period each year, allowing sensors to be sent to FTS for annual overhaul and re-calibration.

Repair Services:
Full factory repair services are also available on an hourly labour and parts cost basis for anyone who does not have a Service Contract or for services outside the scope of a Contract.  Call for a cost estimate.  1.800.548.4264
